1 Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and vcity77 ("Platform", "us"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the vcity77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

2 Member Eligibility

• You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold more than one (1) active account at vcity77 at any time.
• The funds you use for play are from a legitimate source and are not derived from any illegal activity.

3 Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at vcity77. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being suspended and winning balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing your full name exactly as it appears on your official identification document.
• Using an active email address that belongs to you.
• Providing a valid Malaysian phone number for verification purposes.
• Setting a strong password and keeping it confidential.

Vcity77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawals. The KYC process includes submission of a copy of your national ID (MyKad), proof of address, and other relevant documents. All documents are stored with strict 256-bit SSL encryption.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Vcity77 accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and other methods available on the platform. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as specified in the "Withdrawal" section of the platform at the time of the transaction.
• All deposits must come from an account in the registered member's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or wallet used for the deposit, subject to successful KYC verification.
• Vcity77 is not responsible for any delays caused by the member's bank or third-party payment providers.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• Technical failures or internet connection disruptions during gameplay are beyond vcity77's control. Any wagers in progress at the time of a disruption will be resolved in accordance with the established policy.
• The use of bots, automated tools, or any unauthorized method to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
• Members are fully responsible for all wagers placed from their account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vcity77 platform and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

• Using multiple accounts or holding an account on behalf of another person.
• Transferring balances between accounts to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
• Fraud, hacking attempts, or interference with platform systems.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any form of illegal activity.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at the vcity77 support team.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their own account at any time by contacting the vcity77 support team via live chat. Before closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn in accordance with the relevant terms.

Vcity77 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registration by individuals under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicious activity indicating fraud or misuse of the platform.
• Self-closure requests by members for responsible gaming reasons.

9 Limitation of Liability

Members agree that:
